Hi again :-) Although it's only been several minutes since my last suggestion, I might as well post the other one that was on my mind! This plugin, "McMMO", I used a long time ago in another server. - There's wasn't as customized (and it was an alpha version, so it only had two or three skills, but they've added more now) It allows you to gain experience in certain skills and become more proficient over time. (making combat, exploring, etc. all more fun) Some of the skills include: EDIT: The skills changed, so I removed some of my previous post and included the skills. They include: 1.) Mining2.) Woodcutting3.) Herbalism4.) ExcavationThere are other skills (Combat related) including:1.) Unarmed2.) Archery3.) Swords4.) Axes5.)TamingAs well as miscellaneous skills such as:1.) Repair2.) AcrobaticsWhether you enjoy adventuring, mining, or just chopping away at trees, all of these skills would benefit the large majority of the players in the server (if not all of them.) Opinions or ideas on this mod? + has anyone else played it/enjoyed it? I seriously hope there is a Speed/Agility and an Archery skill too, if we use this...

Archery Skills:Ignition: 25% flat rate to ignite enemies, the duration of which increases as your Archery level increases. Arrow Retrieval: Chance to recover arrows from an enemy killed by the archer. Daze: Chance to daze an enemy player on a successful hit. (Daze temporarily stuns the target and forces them to look straight up or straight down.) "At level 50 Archery, you will deal more damage, enough to kill hostile mobs in four shots rather than the normal five shots." - That's with instant shot rather than charged...For information about levels, the % chance to ignite monsters, and so on... You can look at this link: mcmmo.wikia.com/wiki/ArcheryACROBATICS! WOOT."Rolling is based on the acrobatics skill level, for every point in Acrobatics players have a .1% chance to Roll. The chance on a Graceful Roll is .2% for every point in acrobatics. To make a Graceful Roll hold shift while falling. This can also reduce the damage greatly." You, by falling off ledges, jumping over hills, falling in mineshafts, etc - you (although you have a SMALL chance to roll - you can hold shift to have a .1% higher chance to roll) So, with that skill (although it takes AGES to level up) - you can eventually (while you're running away from a pack of creepers, horde of zombies, and pack of rabid Ven's), make a jump off the 15-block-high hill, hit shift, and roll to safety with minor (or no) damage! I believe that the features can be disabled (or privelages can be changed so only certain people can access it) as well. - IF you wanted to try and get more donations out of it... This could be useful if you want to give some features to regulars and VIPs, rather than allowing everyone to have cool stuff. (although being fair is good ) One of the features, repairing, could be set as VIP and above. - This skill makes iron blocks (they're still iron blocks in appearance, and break just as hard, etc. - don't worry) into anvils. Players can place items (such as a damaged iron sword) into their hand, and right click on the anvil to repair it. (It uses up iron bars, to be fair.) If you allowed repair for VIPs, then more people would purchase VIP so they can repair equipment after they make it (allowing you to not have to spend another 30+ diamonds on a set of armor, and rather spend like 15 or less repairing it). Another thing that would be nice is maybe restricting acrobatics (because of it's potential to be overpowered if "skill farmed" [such as building a tower and jumping off of it repeatedly]), to just regular members. - This way, if people play often, or donate the $5, they will get the ability. Because it allows you to survive higher jumps to get away quicker, or dig deeper mineshafts safely, this might be a cool skill. However I think that being fair will probably be the best route to go; letting all players have access to the skill, and if anything appears overpowered, you can set a privelage restriction. It would be a really cool addition, but really it depends on both the players AND Scott... - I know personally (being an adventurer, and playing this mod in the past), that I'd really love to use the sword proficiency and acrobatics skill. It makes it SO much easier. - Those of you that want glowstone, - if you get your digging skill extremely high, you can sift through dirt with your hands for a small chance to receive some dust as well (This is like the acrobatics with small chances of getting something cool) Sorry for the wall-of-text. - But hopefully my post gave a lot of insight to the mod (and hopefully we can get a plugin like this added!) -Robert
