When there are server issues, these are the things you should take into account.
1. Every opportunity to restore things to the way they are will be taken.
2. There are quite a few plugins that need to be installed, if the world is being repaired. As such...your permissions, your status, the ability to warp, teleport, send messages or even login are tied to these things.
3. It is more important that the server be stabilized than anything.
4. Communication can be hampered by the attempts to stabilize a situation. We will find out information, probably not as quickly as we'd like, or as detailed as we'd like, but we will get it
5. When situations such as hacking take place, things can get pretty heated and emotional.
Most of all:
We have a dedicated group of people here of all status levels that worked their butts off last night to mitigate the damage. Please be patient while the magicians do their magic.
